Fail to apply online patch to remote node with OPatch 12.2.0.1.14 (Doc ID 2433910.1)

Symptoms

When apply online patch by OPatch 12.2.0.1.14, if specified information of remote node in "-connectString",  it fails with message "This is not a RAC setup" as below :

Changes

 Download latest version of OPatch utility and use it to apply online patch.
