Symptoms

After removing Transparent Data Encryption Wallet's dependency from the database, RMAN Validate command throws "ORA-28365: wallet is not open".

Changes

 Transparent Data Encryption Wallet has been completely removed from the database environment, but RMAN Backups are still encrypted, hence VALIDATE command fails as it is not able to find Wallet.
