Symptoms

Background:
Production environment using bonding technology for the Redundant Interconnect

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - unplug primary network card wire
2 - Standby network card take over the connectivity of the Cluster and it running as normally
3 - plug primary network card wire-------------it will cause the network timeout of cluster

Also applies when network interface goes down and is then recovered.
