Symptoms
- Performance of query slow when running from PLSQL block with adaptive plan
- Query runs faster with NO_ADAPTIVE_PLAN hint although same plan is used
- There are LOB columns in SELECT clause
- PSTACKs show most of the time spent in 'qerlbFetch' and 'qerscFetch'
Changes
Issue reproduces when query is executed from PLSQL block and has LOB columns in SELECT clause.
