DataPump Job Fails Due To ORA-39002 ORA-39070 ORA-29283 (Doc ID 2437379.1)

Symptoms

Datapump export or import job fails with errors:


The directory exist, the oracle user is the owner and has full permissions on the directory, system user has been granted read, write to that directory.

The following test script (as system and sys) also fails with ORA-29283:
