libsrvmocr11.so: invalid ELF header (Possible cause: endianness mismatch) When Trying To Start Standby Database (Doc ID 2438470.1)

Symptoms

While trying to start standby database , getting below library error

$ srvctl status database -d <DB_NAME>
/<ORACLE_HOME>/srvm/admin/getcrshome: error while loading shared libraries: /<ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libocrb11.so: invalid ELF header
PRCD-1027 : Failed to retrieve database <DB_NAME>
PRCR-1067 : Failed to create a filter
PRKH-1010 : Unable to communicate with CRS services.
PRKH-1000 : Unable to load the SRVM HAS shared library
PRKN-1008 : Unable to load the shared library "libsrvmhas11.so"
  or a dependent library, from
  LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/<ORACLE_HOME>/lib"
  [java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /<ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libsrvmhas11.so: /<ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libhasgen11.so: invalid ELF header]
<USER>@<HOSTNAME01> /<ORACLE_HOME>/lib
