12.2 : cluvfy fails with PRVG-13602 : NTP daemon is not synchronized with any external time source on node "node1" (Doc ID 2438647.1)

Symptoms

NTP is failing in Solaris SPARC server even it is synced in both node 1 and node2

Verifying Network Time Protocol (NTP) ...FAILED
Verifying NTP daemon is synchronized with at least one external time source...FAILED
rachost2: PRVG-13602 : NTP daemon is not synchronized with any external time source on node "node2".
rachost1: PRVG-13602 : NTP daemon is not synchronized with any external time source on node "node1".

Also,cluvfy check for clock synchronization shows below-

grid@node1:/u01/app/12.2.0/grid$ ./runcluvfy.sh comp clocksync

Verification of Clock Synchronization across the cluster nodes was unsuccessful on all the specified nodes.
