AUTO_STATS_ADVISOR_TASK not purging the old date
Optimizer Statistics Advisor is a new feature in 12.2 that runs everyday during the maintenance window causing the problem and AUTO_STATS_ADVISOR_TASK which runs huge number of times causing the SYSAUX space to grow
