(Doc ID 2440201.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 27, 2020
Applies to:Oracle Database - Standard Edition - Version 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124 [Release 12.2]
Pre-existing database's file permissions are modified by DBCA when creating a new database via DBCA, hence the pre-existing database can't be started due to permission issue.
After fixing the permission issue for all the following directories/files, database can be started. However, the database can not be started automatically when Windows OS reboot.
