bdachecksw Raises " WARNING: Wrong OS disk s0 partition info" When the "parted" Output Looks Correct (Doc ID 2440741.1)

Symptoms

The symptoms of this issue are:

1. bdachecksw raises a warning like:

WARNING: Wrong OS disk s0 partition info : 1 ext4 primary raid 2 primary raid 3 linux-swap(v1) primary 4 ext4 primary
INFO: Expected OS disk s0 partition info : 1 ext3 raid 2 ext3 raid 3 linux-swap 4 ext3 primary or 1 ext3 primary raid 2 ext3 primary raid 3 linux-swap primary 4 ext3 primary or 1 ext4 primary boot 2 primary raid 3 linux-swap(v1) primary 4 ext4 primary

2. Examining the disk layout for the disk in slot 0 shows that it is incorrect as below. The boot flag is missing on partition 1.  And the "Name" field looks to be incorrect as well.
