Symptoms

After upgrade from DB Version: 12.2.0.1 to DB Version:18.3.0.0, one more entry(COLLECTION_LEVEL=TYPICAL) is added in to DBA_MVREF_STATS_SYS_DEFAULTS view.

Before upgrade(12.2.0.1.0)

 

Changes

 Upgrade is executed.
