Sample Script to Create a Text Index on Encrypted TEXT Data (Doc ID 2443615.1)

Goal

Oracle Text does not support directly indexing encrypted TEXTt data in BLOB columns. This sample script shows how to use a user-defined procedure via the USER_DATASTORE to decrypt the encrypted BLOB, and effectively index it using NULL_FILTER.
