Symptoms
Following critierias must be met to hit this issue.
- Intermittent Exadata IO cancellation kicking in for the system disks on various cells.
For more details about 'Exadata I/O Latency Capping', please refer to Doc ID 1925661.1
- The issue always happens at "03:06 am", when the daily cron job runs at the cells.
- Exadata X4 or lower Hardware, which uses Niwot disk controller.
