Adding Node Back into a BDA Cluster with "mammoth -e" Fails with "ERROR: Cannot determine installed Base Image version" (Doc ID 2444603.1)

Symptoms

When a non-critical node is being added back into a BDA cluster after removing it via the steps in, "How to Remove Non-Critical Nodes from a BDA Cluster (Doc ID 2244458.1)", by following the section of the note entitled "How to Add a Non-Critical Node Back into the Cluster" the re-add with "./mammoth -e"  fails with:

ERROR: Cannot determine installed Base Image version
ERROR: Cannot continue with install #Step 1#
