Running "netca" in 32-bit ORACLE_HOME is not supported starting with Oracle 12.2 on Solaris platform (Doc ID 2445983.1)

Symptoms

After install the Oracle Client 18c(32-bit) on Solaris SPARC (64-bit) 11.3,
if trying to execute the "netca" in 32-bit ORACLE_HOME, the following errors may have occurred.

-bash-4.1$ export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
-bash-4.1$ which netca
/refresh/oracle/app/oracle/product/18.3.0/client_1/bin/netca
-bash-4.1$
-bash-4.1$ netca
