When upgrading a 220.127.116.11 database to 18.104.22.168/18c with DBUA, Upgrade fails if the database has a parameter where value includes a space character like:
During the pre-upgrade step upgrade fails with below error:
DBUA creates its new init.ora file incorrectly without quotes around the value so database cannot be started with it.
