Symptoms

Exadata storage cells may report high memory utilization, and abnormally crash due to kernel panic, triggered by the out of memory condition. Random reboot of the cells compromise the availability of the ASM disk-groups.

Storage cells upgraded to 12.2.x or 18.1.x image versions
