Rebalance / Drop Force failing with ORA-15067 (Doc ID 2450548.1)

While running drop disk ,rebalance was failing due to ORA-15041 due to partnering issue within the diskgroup of normal redundancy .

Again explicitly running rebalance for same diskgroup was failing ORA-15067.

While running force drop after changing permission to 000 ,Drop force was failing with 15067 .

Which was not allowing eviction of disks from the diskgroup.
