Executing PL/SQL or SQL Containing PL/SQL Fails With ORA-07445 [kgldpo0] (Doc ID 2451631.1)

The execution of PL/SQL code in the database can fail with the following error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgldpo0()

The top of the ORA-7445 error call stack will point to a dependency issue, e.g.

kgldpo KGL: DePend On an object
kgldon KGL: Depend ON an object

The Call Stack Trace in the associated incident trace file shows:
