ORA-4030 With Memory Leak in "kdx_brc: zctx_merged" (Doc ID 2451970.1)

Symptoms

Excessive memory allocations and possible ORA-4030 errors can occur. Trace file shows large amounts of free memory, interspersed with smaller allocations to "kdx_brc: zctx_merged":
