Step 5 of Mammoth Upgrade Fails with "Failed to execute command Install Spark JAR on service Spark on yarn" (Doc ID 2452527.1)

Mammoth upgrade fails at Step 5 which is the step to install the Hadoop parcel and upgrade the CDH cluster. It fails at the section "Upgrading Services and Metadata" with:

Error [19133]: (//[main]/Hadoop::Upgradecdh/Exec[upgrade_cdh]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/ &>
/opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/upgradecdhparcel.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]

Additional Information:

1. Drilling down into the /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/upgradecdhparcel.out shows:

Command 4009 finished after 5 seconds
Operation failed
Result Message is: "Failed to execute command Install Spark JAR on service Spark on yarn",

2. Checking in Cloudera Manager (CM) "All Recent Commands" shows the Upgrade step failed with the same:
