Proxy User Login Does Not Display Correct Roles In User_role_privs Unless Defaulted in 12.2 (Doc ID 2452912.1)

Symptoms

Create a user. create a role. Grant role to user and do not default role for the user. Login as user and display roles from user role privs. Role shows up. Proxy in as user and do same select from user_role_privs and role does not appear. Grant role to user as default and run select and role shows up when proxied in as user.
