Question on Application NO LOAD System Statistics

Goal
Questions regarding application (NO LOAD) when generating system stats command dbms_stats.gather_system_stats.
Example of the application running (NO LOAD) sys.aux_stats$:
SQL> select sname, pname, pval1 from sys.aux_stats$;

When using the application (LOAD) and run the generate stats command,following values are shown:
