18.3 RAC Installation: PRVG-1173 / [ins-41112] Installer Has Detected That The Selected Interface Are Not Configured Properly. (Doc ID 2456041.1)

Symptoms

While installing 18.3 RAC Installation facing below error as per gridSetupActions2018-09-30_09-05-10AM.log

INFO: [Sept 30, 2018 09:05:10 AM] Interface type: IPV4
SEVERE: [Sept 30, 2018 09:0:10 AM] [FATAL] [INS-41112] Installer has detected that the selected interfaces are not configured properly.
ACTION: Review the additional information and modify the network interface configuration suitably.
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:*
- PRVG-1173 : The interfaces "bond0.3399,bond0.1965" are configured with the same hardware address "49:DF:37:06:D3:73" on nodes "xyz"
- Cause: The cluster verification utility (CVU) determined that the indicated interfaces had the same hardware address on the indicated nodes.
- Action: Reconfigure the indicated interfaces with unique hardware addresses on the indicated nodes and retry CVU checking.
