Encountered below error while REKEY /FINISH operation to change the Encryption Algorithm of Tablespace with Muktiple datafiles in the Tablespace.

ORA-28438: ALTER TABLESPACE ENCRYPTED_TS ENCRYPTION REKEY operation not complete

ORA-28426: must FINISH a tablespace encrypt, decrypt or rekey command first
