Symptoms

Start dependencies of Archivelog Diskgroup (For example, ora.ARCH.dg) changed to weak after starting the instance.

For example)

In the above example,

disk group1 diskgroup is used for datafiles.
disk group2 diskgroup is used for spfile, control file and redolog files.
disk group3 diskgroup is used for controlfile and redo log files.
disk group4 diskgroup is used for archivelog files.
