BDA Cloudera Navigator HDFS Analytics Audit Activity Reports "No Data Available"

When using BDA 4.11.0 / CDH 5.13.1 and trying to navigate to HDFS Analytics to view the audit data, the Analytics page displays, but there is no data shown. Under Activity and under Top Users and Top Commands, there is just a message:
"No data available"
This happens for multiple users including the Admin user. It was working but just suddenly stopped working.
