Symptoms

When SYSTEM/UNDO tablespaces are encrypted by explicitly using AES192/AES256 algorithm, the explicit algorithm is discarded and AES128 is used. However performing re-key with explicit AES192 works fine.

For other tablespaces (SYSAUX, user defined) it works as expected.
