Symptoms
Statspack snap collection fails with ORA-00001 :
BEGIN statspack.snap(i_snap_level => 7); END;
* ERROR at line 1: ORA-00001: unique constraint (PERFSTAT.STATS$SQL_SUMMARY_PK) violated ORA-06512: at "PERFSTAT.STATSPACK", line 4380 ORA-06512: at "PERFSTAT.STATSPACK", line 5728 ORA-06512: at "PERFSTAT.STATSPACK", line 105
Statspack may also be slow while performing an INSERT into STATS$SQL_PLAN.
