Symptoms

X7 eighth rack Exadata storage servers report the following message on the console:

Note that this document applies specifically to a single message referring to IRQ 0.  If multiple messages are reported, or a different IRQ number is reported, then contact Oracle Support.

This issue is confirmed to affect Exadata software versions 19.1.0 and 18.1.9.  Although not confirmed, this issue is believed to affect Exadata software versions >= 18.1.0.

This issue is confirmed to affect Exadata hardware X7 eighth rack EF storage server.  Although not confirmed, this issue is believed to not affect any other Exadata hardware.
