Upgrading a KeyTrustee Cluster Fails with "Waiting for Cloudera Manager Agents to detect release" (Doc ID 2462528.1)

Upgrading a KeyTrustee cluster fails with and error like below. The example here uses BDA 4.9/CDH 5.11.1

Waiting for Cloudera Manager Agents to detect release: CDH 5.11.1
Host(s) missing this release: bdanode[01-05].example.com
Timed out after 120000 ms. Waiting for Cloudera Manager Agents to detect release: CDH 5.11.1. Host(s) missing this release: bdanode[01-05].example.com
