Goal
This Document takes about the the New Feature in 19c where restore point from primary gets propogated to Standby.
Restore points can be defined at the primary site to enable fast PITR in the event of any logical corruption issues. Restore points can be Normal Restore Points or Guaranteed Restore Points. This information is kept in the control file and not propagated to the secondary. In the event of a failover, the secondary becomes the primary. However, the restore point information is lost. To avoid that, this feature enables propagation of restore points from primary to standby sites
