Symptoms
Mostly Scheduler jobs running in RAC run correctly, but Sometimes the jobs do not run on a specific instance that was requested by the job attributes.
This is an intermittent issue, from time to time some jobs take longer to run after bouncing the database. They are recovered, but they take more time that expected.
REDISCOVERY INFORMATION:
See random delays on jobs associated to particular instances.
