Symptoms

opatchauto fails with errors:

 systemconfig2018-10-16_01-37-38PM.log. shows the errors:

Verification of shared storage accessibility was unsuccessful.
Checks did not pass for the following node(s):
<Node1>
NODE_STATUS::Node2:SUCC
NODE_STATUS::Node1:EFAIL
The result of cluvfy command contain EFAIL NODE_STATUS::Node1:EFAIL
2018-10-16 13:37:57,438 SEVERE [1] com.oracle.glcm.patch.auto.db.integration.model.productsupport.topology.TopologyCreator - Not able to retrieve system instance details :: Unable to determine if "/u01/app/grid/12.1.0.2" is a shared oracle home.
