When Setting BAM=AllSuccessful and Connecting to DB 12.2, ODBC Application Can Get ORA-600 [kpoal8Check-3] (Doc ID 2464634.1)

Symptoms

When Setting BAM=AllSuccessful* in connection string and connecting to Oracle Database 12.2 and later release, an ODBC application can get the following error.

[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03137: Malformed TTC Packet From Client Rejected: [kpoal8Check-3] [32768] [0] [0x000000000] [788768] [] [] []

* In case setting BAM via Oracle ODBC Driver Configuration Dialog Box instead, choose Commit all successful statements for Batch Autocommit Mode in Application Options tab.
