Symptoms

After conversion from Snapshot Standby to Physical Standby, managed recovery fails:

Errors are reported when the Standby database is opened READ-ONLY with Real Time Apply.

Changes

 Standby database was converted to Snapshot Standby, and back to Physical Standby.

No errors were reported during the conversions.
