After reboot EXADATA, the XINETD CHKCONFIG LEVEL 2345 changed from ON to OFF. (Doc ID 2467947.1)

Symptoms

Set the xinetd chkconfig level 2345 on.

  # chkconfig --list | grep xinetd
  xinetd 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off

After executed /opt/oracle.cellos/host_access_control get-runtime,
it updated the valude off to pset.xml.

  # cat /etc/exadata/security/pset.xml | grep xinetd -A 2
  <system_service name="xinetd">
  <value>off</value>

After reboot Exadata, the xinetd chkconfig level become to off.

  xinetd     0:off  1:off  2:off  3:off  4:off  5:off  6:off
