ADVM Resources Remain in State UNKNOWN, After 12.1.0.2 July or Oct 2018 is Applied on AIX (Doc ID 2468227.1)

Symptoms

This issue affects AIX customers using ACFS. After applying the 12.1.0.2 July or Oct GIPU on AIX the ACFS volume resources cannot be enabled, they remain in status UNKNOWN:
