Symptoms
Netca is failing with the following error message. Also other services/configurations are hanging as well.
Use another port number:
The information provided for this listener is currently in use by other software on this computer.
You can proceed with the configuration as it is, but it will not be possible to start the
listener until the conflict is resolved. Would you like to continue with the configuration anyway?
