ODA X7-2: Failed to add new disk to ASM with error ORA-15031,ORA-15014. (Doc ID 2470151.1)

Symptoms

When replacing a failure disk (pull out bad disk and insert new) for ODA X7-2HA,
new disk can not add to ASM automatically.

From the oakd.log and alert_+ASM*.log file,
'alter diskgroup xxx add disk' command failed with error ORA-15031 and ORA-15014.

 

Changes

ODA X7-2 is using AFD (ASM Filter Driver) by default, but the adding new disk procedure is still
using the old disk path which caused adding new disk to ASM failed.
