DBCA Hangs While Creating A Database When SYSDBA Connection Requires A Password (Doc ID 2472096.1)

Symptoms

DBCA hangs during database creation, at around 60% progress.

Looking at the alert.log, it seems that the database is created, and the instance is running.

You can even connect to the newly created database with sys user.

However, DBCA is still hanging, and does not complete.
