V$CPOOL_STATS Shows NUM_AUTH_SERVERS As 0 In 12c (Doc ID 2472508.1)

Symptoms

The number of authentication servers (NUM_AUTH_SERVERS) is always 0 in V$CPOOL_STATS when using DRCP in 12.1.0.2 or 12.2.0.1.

DRCP connection are processed without problem, and this is v$cpool_stats appearance issue only.
