Symptoms
Upgrading GI to 12.2.0.1 fails during the prerequisite check with an error similar to the following:
SEVERE: [Nov 9, 2018 5:14:09 PM] [FATAL] [INS-43100] Installer has detected that the free space available in the ASM diskgroup OCR_VOTE is 29,797 MB, and it is insufficient to proceed with
the upgrade. To upgrade Oracle Grid Infrastructure you should have at least 66,964 MB free space in this diskgroup.
ACTION: Add additional disks to the diskgroup such that the total size should be at least 66,964 MB.
