GridSetupActions Log Was Generated Even For Single Instance Install (Doc ID 2473125.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

When install Oracle Database 18c in Windows environment,

GridSetupActionsYYYY-MM-DD_hh-mi-ssAM/PM folder was generated in inventory directory(c:\Program Files\oracle\inventory\logs)

even for single instance install.

This is only seen in Windows environment, and when choosing to create and configure a database option in the setup.
