Symptoms

User trying to configure Oracle ODBC DSN. As part of launches ODBC Data Sources from "ODBC Data Source Administrator",If User clicks tab 'System DSN' and it throws warning says that "You are logged on with non-Administrative privileges. System DSNs could not be created or modified" However, the user is a Windows administrator.
