Purpose



The purpose of this document is to explain how to avoid the error :
ORA-06522 'library' is not a valid load module: Bad magic number
on 64 bit HP-UX platform.

This Note assumes the extproc_connection_data alias is already defined in the tnsnames.ora file.

Scope

This Note is for PL/SQL developers who want to use 64 bit external procedure on HP-UX 64 bits.
