After Cell reboot ASM disks failed to add into the diskgroup with ERROR: group 6: Attempt to add disk xx beyond xxxxx MB is not allowed by this instance (Doc ID 2480905.1)

Symptoms

After sanity reboot of the cell node, ASM disks was failed to add into the disk group with the below error

Cell node up time was 264 days. 

Cell node was rebooted before patching and after reboot this issue started.
