++ Observations +++

- No HW issues

- No LVM snapshots with the name of DBSYSOVS

- Strange thing is. This is Bare Metal and it is installing with "LABEL=DBSYSOVS" which should be LABEL=DBSYS I believe ?

[0.000000] Kernel command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-4.1.12-94.8.4.el6uek.x86_64 root=LABEL=DBSYSOVS bootarea=dbsys bootfrom=BOOT ro loglevel=7 …….etc

We tried below but no luck

reset /SP
show /System/BIOS/Config/config_sync_status
(make sure it says OK)

and let it progress and monitor from serial console. If It fails at below step..

------
Run validation biosbootorder - FAILED
Check log in /var/log/cellos/validations/biosbootorder.log
[INFO     ][ERROR] Validation test(s) FAILED for the post imaging mode

[INFO     ] Choose from following by typing letter in '()':
      (c)ontinue anyway.
