Error in the Alert Log: ORA-600[qcsucr()+1201] (Doc ID 2485200.1)

Symptoms

The following error occurred in the alert log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [qcsucr()+1201] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0xA] [PC:0x99021C7] [Address not mapped to object] []

 

The Current SQL Statement in the associated incident trace file is an INSERT statement.  The PL/SQL Call Stack shows SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT is involved:
