Huge dbwr/lms trace generation observe which sometime leads to instance hang. dbw trace having the GLOBAL CACHE ELEMENT DUMP messages repeatedly.

For example, <SID>_dbw1_12999.trc from <ORACLE_BASE>/diag/rdbms/<DBNAME>/<SID>/trace having following messages:
